Low-fat formulation calibrated for fat-sensitivity GI physiology

A lean, highly digestible protein formulation using Atlantic cod as the primary protein
source. Total fat is reduced to 7.59% on a dry matter basis to support dogs requiring
controlled fat intake. Protein levels are maintained to preserved amino acid adequacy
while limiting excessive digestive load.

Outcomes

Ultra-low fat content (7.59% DM) calibrated for dogs requiring strict fat moderation.
Highly digestible cod-protein to support efficient nutrient utilization
fiber and carbohydrate profile selected to support stool consistency digestive support.

Ingredients

Atlantic cod, sweet potato, brown rice, spinach, pumpkin, beef liver, canola oil, omega-3 fish oil, PGF vitamin and mineral premix. Each ingredient is selected for functional contribution to digestibility, stool consistency, and essential nutrient delivery.

Guaranteed Analysis

Full nutrient composition is provided for veterinary review Values are presented as-fed
and on a dry matter basis to allow direct comparison across feeding formats and clinical
evaluation.

Formulation Logic

Low-Fat Architecture: Total fat at 7.59% DM is calibrated for dogs requiring controlled
fat intake, supporting stability in fat-sensitive GI systems.

Lean Protein Source: Atlantic cod provides a highly digestible protein source with a
high protein-to-fat ratio, supporting lean tissue maintenance without excess caloric load
from fat.

Essential Fatty Acid Balance: omega-3 fish oil provides EPA and DHA to maintain
essential fatty acid requirements despite reduced total fat. The omega-6 to omega-3
ratio is calibrated at of 1.06:1

Gentle Carbohydrate Sources: Sweet potato and brown rice provide highly digestible
carbohydrate sources to support consistent energy without excessive glycemic
variability.

Fiber Calibration: Pumpkin and spinach provide soluble fiber to support stool
consistency and microbiome substrate without excessive bulk.

AAFCO Statement

Nutritional Adequacy
Formulated to meet AAFCO nutrient profiles for adult maintenance. Nutrient levels are
verified at the finished product level to confirm micronutrient density.

Serving and Storage Guidelines

Feeding amounts are calculated based on body weight, activity level, and body condition
score.
Due to lower caloric density from reduced fat, feeding volume, may be higher than
standard formulations.
transitioning gradually over 7–10 days. Dogs with digestive systems may require an
extended transition protocol.

Keep refrigerated at or below 40°F. Use within 3 days of opening. May be frozen for
extended storage; thaw under refrigeration prior to feeding. Do not leave at room
temperature for extended periods.
Prepared without preservatives. Proper refrigeration is required to maintain safety and
nutrient integrity.
